岗位职责： 1. 负责人形机器人项目的系统部署与应用落地 参与人形机器人在高校、科研机构、企业客户及重大活动场景中的交付、部署、调试和运行保障，确保机器人在真实环境中稳定运行。 2. 负责客户技术培训与二次开发支持 面向开发者客户提供 SDK、接口、仿真环境、部署流程、基础开发等技术支持，帮助客户完成基于机器人平台的应用开发、实验验证和场景落地。 3. 负责系统级问题分析与闭环 针对机器人运行过程中的软件、系统、网络、传感器、运控协同等问题，进行日志分析、远程调试、问题复现、仿真验证和根因定位，推动问题闭环解决。 4. 连接客户现场与研发团队，推动产品持续迭代 将客户真实场景中的高频问题、复杂故障和功能需求进行抽象总结，协同运控算法、系统软件、产品等团队推动版本优化、能力升级和体验改善。 5. 建设标准化技术支持能力 参与故障排查 SOP、技术文档、知识库、培训材料、版本发布说明等体系建设，提升团队整体交付效率、问题处理质量和客户服务一致性。 6. 支持公司重大项目和品牌活动的技术保障 参与国内外重大项目、展会、客户演示、赛事活动等现场技术保障工作，确保机器人在关键场景下稳定、可靠、有表现力。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、电子信息、机电一体化等相关专业优先。 2. 热爱机器人行业，愿意深入真实场景，解决复杂工程问题。 3. 具备 C / C++ / Python 中至少一种语言的基础开发能力，能够阅读代码、分析日志、编写简单脚本或工具。 4. 熟悉 Linux 基础操作、网络配置、进程管理、日志查看及常见系统问题排查。 5. 具备较强的问题拆解能力和工程化思维，能够从复杂现象中梳理问题边界、复现路径和根因假设。 6. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与客户、研发、产品、交付及售后团队高效协同。 7. 能够接受短期出差，适应客户现场、项目交付、重大活动等多样化工作场景。 加分项 1. 有机器人、智能硬件、自动驾驶、工业自动化、无人机、嵌入式设备、AIoT 等相关项目经验。 2. 熟悉 ROS、Isaac Sim、Gazebo、仿真平台、机器人 SDK、通信协议或传感器数据分析者优先。 3. 有机器人整机调试、系统集成、运动控制、现场交付或 FAE 经验者优先。 4. 具备英语沟通能力者优先，可参与海外客户、国际高校、科研机构和全球合作伙伴的技术支持工作。 5. 有高校机器人实验室、机器人竞赛、RoboCup、科研项目或开发者社区经验者优先。 岗位亮点 1. 接触完整的人形机器人系统 不局限于单一模块，而是深入理解整机、系统软件、运动控制、仿真环境、客户应用和真实场景问题。 2. 直接参与全球客户真实场景落地 面向高校、实验室、企业客户和重大展示项目，解决机器人从“能运行”到“稳定好用”的关键问题。 3. 连接客户现场与研发团队 你不仅处理问题，更要抽象问题、推动产品优化，参与产品能力持续升级。 4. 成长为复合型机器人系统工程人才 未来可向系统应用专家、FAE 专家、解决方案工程师、技术支持负责人、海外技术负责人等方向发展。
