岗位职责 1. 整体运营策略 制定并执行公司在抖音、小红书、B站、微博等新媒体平台的运营策略，明确不同平台的差异化打法。 根据品牌定位，规划内容矩阵（官方资讯、趣味整活、深度解析等），实现增粉、提升互动率和品牌影响力。 2. 内容策划与发布（不局限） 抖音：侧重短视频创意，打造有趣、有梗、有传播力的内容（含整活、热点蹭流量、轻科普等）。 小红书：注重真实分享与社区口碑种草，策划体验类笔记、测评类内容，结合达人合作。 B站/长视频平台：输出深度解析类内容，如行业趋势、幕后故事、教育内容。 微博/微信：作为品牌官方信息发布与热点互动阵地，保持专业度与时效性。 3. 账号增长与运营 负责粉丝增长、互动提升，制定数据目标（粉丝数、互动率、转化率），定期复盘和优化。 跟踪热点话题，快速策划并发布相关内容，提高账号曝光度。 策划线上活动（挑战赛、抽奖、联动合作），提升用户活跃度。 4. 跨部门协作 与市场、销售、产品团队合作，确保新媒体内容与业务目标一致。 联合渠道伙伴/代理商，共同策划推广活动，扩大传播。 5. 数据分析与优化 定期监控各平台数据（浏览量、互动率、转化率），分析用户画像和内容偏好。 基于数据反馈迭代内容策略，优化投放与创作方向

1. 本科及以上学历，新闻传播、市场营销、新媒体相关专业优先。 2. 5年以上新媒体运营经验，有成功运营抖音/小红书/B站账号案例优先。 3. 熟悉不同平台的内容生态：懂 抖音的整活与爆点、懂 小红书的种草逻辑、懂 B站的深度与社区文化。 4. 具备较强的内容策划、文案写作与视频脚本创作能力。 5. 对热点敏感，能快速反应并结合品牌输出有趣内容。 6. 有团队协作精神，能承受一定工作压力。
