1. 负责机器人关节模组的设计与开发，深入研究各类减速器的结构特点，依据关节模组性能需求精准选型，统筹驱动器、编码器、电机、力矩传感器与减速器等关键部件的集成布置。 2. 开展关节模组的性能测试与迭代优化，掌握不同减速器材料的力学特性与环境适应性，保障模组在多种工况下的稳定运行。 3. 识别并解决关节模组开发与集成过程中的技术问题，结合对减速器结构及材料特性的深入理解，提供高效可靠的技术解决方案。 4. 具备尺寸链计算与公差分析能力，负责材料选型、强度校核及行星齿轮减速器结构设计，完成关节结构件工程出图，对接供应商完成零部件制造与过程管控，协助产品组装与测试验证。 5. 负责关节模组的成本控制、装配工艺流程设计与优化，推动产品实现可制造性与成本目标。

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经历，机械工程、自动化等相关专业背景。 2. 扎实掌握机械结构设计与机械原理，熟练运用SolidWorks、Creo、UG等三维建模软件进行设计开发。 3. 熟悉金属、塑料等常用材料的加工工艺、特性及热处理/表面处理方法，具备材料选型与结构强度仿真分析能力。 4. 精通机械制图规范，熟练掌握公差配合的选用与标注。 5. 具备行星齿轮减速器实际设计经验。 6. 优先考虑具备机器人关节模组设计经验或量产项目经历者。
