1、负责公司消费级智能硬件产品的海外电商整体战略规划与落地执行，制定并达成销售目标。 2、统筹海外线上渠道（Amazon、独立站、区域电商平台等）与线下渠道（零售连锁、运营商、经销商等）的布局与运营，实现线上线下协同增长。 3、搭建并管理海外电商运营团队，制定团队目标、考核标准与工作流程。 4、负责海外市场调研与竞品分析，把握区域市场趋势，制定差异化的产品定价、促销与渠道策略。 5、协调供应链、物流、售后、营销等内部资源，保障海外业务高效运转。 6、监控海外各渠道销售数据，定期复盘并优化运营策略。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上海外电商运营经验，其中至少2年团队管理经验。 2、具备海外线上与线下渠道实操经验，有从0到1搭建海外渠道体系的经历者优先。 3、熟悉消费电子、智能硬件或机器人行业，有相关品类海外操盘经验者优先。 4、熟悉Amazon、独立站及主要区域电商平台的运营规则与玩法，了解海外线下零售渠道生态。 5、具备出色的跨文化沟通能力和商务谈判能力，英语可作为工作语言。 6、结果导向，抗压能力强，能适应创业团队节奏。
