负责制定并优化机器人产品的测试体系，负责制定、优化并实施涵盖功能、性能、可靠性等各项内容的测试标准与方案，持续推动测试体系的更新与完善，确保其适应技术发展与市场需求的变化。 带领团队进行机器人整机系统进行整机功能测试、性能测试、可靠性测试、模块化测试等；完成测试BUG闭环管理，输出测试报告，参与项目节点评审。 负责问题追踪与跨部门协作，跟踪分析硬件、软件及系统集成过程中的测试问题，提供技术解决方案并推动跨部门协作，识别并控制产品开发中的潜在风险，确保产品质量的可控性与可靠性。 关注行业、国家及国际标准的动态，确保公司产品符合相关的标准要求。

本科及以上学历，电子、机械、通信、自动化等相关专业背景。3年以上机器人、智能硬件或相关领域软硬件测试经验，精通机器人相关国际、国家及行业标准，具备丰富的测试体系建设及标准化经验。 精通机器人产品的测试方法与流程，具备传感器、底盘、SLAM、视觉感知、语音交互等核心零部件的测试经验。熟悉ROS/Linux操作系统，掌握嵌入式平台及自动化测试工具的设计与开发 具备较强的分析与解决复杂问题的能力，能够在多变的测试环境中迅速定位并解决技术难题，具备项目管理经验，能够高效协调团队与资源推动项目按时、保质完成。 具备一定的团队管理经验和出色的沟通与协调能力，能够有效带领团队制定并执行测试计划，确保各项目标的顺利达成，能够与研发、市场等团队进行有效的技术交流，推动跨部门协作，确保产品质量提升。
