岗位职责: 1、统筹内部团队：分配行政（物资管理）、竞赛（裁判调度）、保障（场地运维）、财务（费用报销）等岗位任务，监督跨部门协作效率； 2、赛事全流程执行与质量把控，覆盖赛前筹备（场地/设备/彩排）、赛中监控（环节/突发）、赛后收尾（撤场/反馈/总结） 3、制定应急预案（如天气突变、人员受伤、舆情发酵），明确响应流程（上报-决策-执行）与责任人，确保快速控场； 4、突发问题发生时，牵头协调资源（如调用备用设备、联系医疗救援），最小化对赛事影响，并及时向管理层汇报进展；

1、统招本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上赛事活动运营管理经验； 2、具备优秀的项目统筹管理能力、应变能力及团队合作意识，能协调各方资源达成目标，有独立负责赛事运营项目管理经验者优先； 3、能够适应赛事策划快节奏，高强度工作环境，具备较强执行力。
