1、围绕公司机器人及智能硬件产品，在教育、文旅、政府等重点行业推进 KA 客户拓展，制定并执行行业销售策略，完成年度销售及回款目标； 2、负责重点客户与大客户的开拓与维护，包括但不限于学校集团、教育集成商、文旅运营方、政府平台公司、行业龙头企业等，建立长期合作关系.； 3、深入理解客户业务场景与核心需求，结合公司产品能力，联合内部产品 / 方案 / 交付团队，输出行业解决方案与项目实施方案，推动项目立项与落地； 4、主导或深度参与项目全流程运作，包括需求对接、方案设计、商务谈判、合同签署、产品交付协调、验收及回款等关键节点； 5、负责市场与行业信息的收集与分析，洞察行业趋势、竞品动态及客户痛点，持续挖掘可复制的行业机会点与商业模式； 6、并协同生态合作伙伴（渠道商、系统集成商、赛事组织方、行业协会等），积极参与并推动机器人赛事、科技活动及行业推广项目，拓展销售与品牌影响力； 7、持续维护客户关系与客户满意度，推动二次销售、复购及长期合作。

1、本科及以上学历，5 年以上 B 端 / KA / 项目制销售经验，具备智能硬件、机器人、自动化设备等相关行业经验者优先； 2、熟悉智能硬件或机器人产品销售模式，有机械臂、人形机器人、机器狗、服务机器人等产品销售或项目经验者优先； 3、具备较强的项目推进与执行能力，能够在多方参与的复杂项目中推动结果落地，对业绩和结果负责； 4、有教育、文旅、政府、产业园区、智慧城市等行业资源或项目经验 者优先，理解政企项目运作逻辑者加分； 5、具备良好的 沟通能力、方案表达能力与内部协作能力，能够与客户高层、合作伙伴及公司内部多团队高效协同； 6、学习能力强，适应快速变化的行业环境，具备较强的抗压能力和进取心。
