出厂测试体系与标准管理 主导机器人整机出厂测试策略制定，覆盖功能、性能、可靠性、安全、电气、通讯、固件 / OTA、外观装配全维度，对齐研发标准、国标及内部质量规范。 编制 / 更新出厂检验规范（SIP）、测试用例、作业指导书（SOP），明确关键测试项、阈值、工装夹具、设备参数、判定标准，确保标准可落地、可追溯。 跟踪行业法规（如 GB 44495/44496）、产品迭代及市场反馈，持续优化测试方案，引入自动化 / 半自动化测试，提升效率与覆盖率。 日常测试统筹与执行管理 制定日 / 周 / 月出厂测试计划，对接生产排程，合理分配人力 / 设备资源，确保量产订单、返修机、新品试产测试按时交付。 组织整机出厂全项测试：包含但不限于上电自检、传感器校准、行走测试、电池充放电 / 保护、通讯（CAN / 蓝牙 / 4G）、固件版本校验、外观 / 间隙 / 紧固扭矩等。 把控测试质量：监督用例执行，关键项100% 全检，抽检项按 AQL 标准执行；实时识别批量 / 严重异常，立即停线、隔离、上报，组织分析并跟踪闭环。 输出测试报告：每日 / 批次汇总数据，出具出厂测试报告、良率分析、异常台账、改善跟踪表，为质量决策提供数据支撑。 团队管理与能力建设 负责 整机测试团队日常管理：考勤、排班、绩效考核、技能培训、岗位带教，打造高效、严谨、结果导向的测试团队。 制定团队技能提升计划：培训机器人原理、测试标准、设备操作（万用表 / 示波器 / 程控电源 / 振动台）、问题分析方法、工具使用（JIRA/Excel），提升团队整体技术能力。 营造质量文化：强化 “不制造、不接收、不流出不良品” 意识，推动全员参与质量改善，激励团队主动发现问题、优化流程。 设备 / 工装与环境管理 负责出厂测试所有设备（振动台、底盘测功机、功率分析仪、环境箱、工装夹具、测试电脑）的申购、验收、校准、维护、保养、台账管理，确保设备精度与稳定性，杜绝因设备异常导致误判。 规划测试工位布局，优化测试流程，引入自动化测试脚本、批量测试工具、数据自动采集系统，提升测试效率，降低人工误差。 保障测试环境合规：温湿度、防静电、安全防护符合标准，定期检查，杜绝环境因素影响测试结果。 跨部门协同与问题闭环 对接生产、研发、质量、供应链、售后等部门：生产端同步测试进度、处理制程异常；研发端反馈测试问题、协助定位根因、验证优化方案；质量端推进质量改善、落实纠正预防措施；售后端分析市场退回数据，反向优化出厂测试项。 主导重大质量问题处理：组织 8D 分析，明确临时围堵、根因分析、永久对策、验证效果、标准化，跟踪全流程闭环，避免问题复发。 推动测试流程持续改善：收集团队、生产、售后反馈，定期复盘，优化测试标准、流程、工具，提升整体质量与效率。

基本条件 学历：本科及8年以上，机械、电子、电气、自动化、计算机、机器人等相关专业。 经验：3 年以上机器人 / 电动两轮车 / 智能硬件整机出厂测试经验，2 年以上测试团队管理经验；有九号、小米、大疆等头部企业测试经验优先。 专业技能 熟悉机器人产品结构、电气原理、固件架构、通讯协议（CAN / 蓝牙 / 4G）、传感器（IMU / 雷达 / 视觉）工作原理。 精通整机出厂测试流程、标准、用例设计，熟练操作万用表、示波器、程控电源、电子负载、振动台、底盘测功机等测试设备。 具备强质量意识，熟悉 QC 七大手法、8D、5Why 等质量工具，能独立分析并推动质量问题闭环。 熟练使用办公软件（Excel/PPT/Word）、缺陷管理工具（JIRA）；熟悉linux操作系统、有自动化测试脚本开发经验优先。 了解 ISO9001、ISO14001 体系，熟悉机器人 / 电动两轮车相关国标、行标优先。 能力素质 管理能力：具备团队管理、计划统筹、资源协调、绩效考核能力，能有效激励团队达成目标。 问题解决能力：思维清晰、逻辑严谨，能快速定位测试异常根因，制定有效解决方案。 沟通协调能力：跨部门沟通顺畅，能高效对接生产、研发、质量等部门，推动问题闭环。 责任心与抗压能力：工作严谨、细致、负责，能承受量产旺季工作压力，坚守质量底线。 学习能力：主动学习新产品、新技术、新测试方法，适应产品快速迭代节奏。
