岗位要求： 热爱plan & control方向的工作；有相关行业背景与学历有以下任何经历或能力都会加分 1. 熟悉多自由度机器人刚体动力学与现代控制理论，有自己的认知和逻辑体系 2. 深度使用过一种机器人运动控制仿真软件，并在其中验证过算法。如Mojuco, Webots, Gazebo等 3. 熟悉或实现过状态估计，外力估计，参数辨识等算法 4. 对线性优化，凸优化等优化控制理论等有一定认知和理解，使用过相关求解器 5. 对强化学习，计算机视觉，路径规划周边模块工作有知识认知和项目经历
