对生产现场发生的各类质量问题进行处理，制定纠正预防措施并推动实施，具体包括整机质量问题、装配过程质量问题、来料质量问题、相关质检方法和预防措施、质量问题的归集跟进数据统计等。 负责统筹来料检验测试工作，确保原材料符合标准要求，满足生产需求；以及负责不良品的处理。 负责起草、制定质量检验标准、规范等，监控工厂按照相关文件和流程执行以保证质量。 负责定期统计、分析质量数据，通过组织召开周、月会等质量活动，推动问题的解决与闭环。 参与客诉问题的异常分析，与技术共同制定对应的返修方案及纠正预防措施，防止同类问题再发生。 6、完成上级领导安排的相关工作。

1、3年及以上工业产品方面质量管理工作经验； 2、熟悉机械结构，对于生产流程/工艺具有一定的了解； 3、能够熟练使用品质工具，具有数据分析能力，能够通过质量数据抓取核心点进行展开分析； 4、熟悉不合格品的控制流程，对于产线发生的不良能够按照流程快速响应并分析，持续降低不良发生； 5、熟悉ISO 9001质量管理体系要求，熟练掌握IATF16949五大工具并运用；
