岗位职责： 1. 渠道数据运营与分析。负责监控、收集和清洗全渠道业务数据（如伙伴业绩、项目报备、库存周转、Sell-out数据等），建立渠道健康度评估仪表盘。定期进行渠道运营复盘，通过多维度数据分析（如绩效达成率、增长率、覆盖率、政策有效性等），洞察业务问题与增长机会，输出专项分析报告，为管理决策提供数据支持。 2. 渠道策略与政策支持。参与制定年度/季度渠道发展策略、合作伙伴分级认证标准及激励政策（返点、MDF等）。负责渠道政策的内部解读、宣导与落地跟踪，确保一线团队和合作伙伴清晰理解。基于数据分析，对现有渠道政策的效果进行评估，并提出迭代优化建议。 3. 渠道流程与体系优化。负责优化和完善渠道管理全流程（从伙伴准入、认证、项目报备到激励兑现），识别流程断点与瓶颈，推动流程数字化与自动化，提升运营效率。管理与维护渠道管理系统（如CRM、PRM等），确保系统流程与业务规则匹配，并为系统优化提供输入。 4. 渠道赋能与支持。协同产品、培训部门，开发并组织面向一线渠道经理及合作伙伴的赋能材料与培训。为一线渠道团队提供复杂的渠道政策咨询、系统操作和流程问题的解决方案支持。负责渠道相关市场基金（MDF）的预算管理、申请审核及效果评估。 5. 渠道订单审核与风险控制。作为渠道订单处理的核心节点，负责通过ERP/CRM系统接收、审核与处理全线渠道伙伴的订单。严格执行审核规则，对订单的合作伙伴资质、授权有效性、信用额度、价格合规性（包括特价审批关联）、项目报备一致性等进行多维度风控审核，确保交易合规。及时识别并拦截高风险订单（如串货、超信用额度、资质不符），并与一线渠道经理及合作伙伴沟通解决。

岗位要求 1. 学历与经验： 统招本科及以上学历，3年以上中大型To B企业的渠道运营相关经验。 2. 较好的数据分析能力： 精通Excel（必须熟练使用数据透视表、VLOOKUP、函数等），能从数据中发现问题、总结规律。有BI工具或SQL经验者尤佳。 3. 流程与系统思维： 熟悉企业级ERP/CRM系统（如SAP）的操作逻辑，善于优化流程。 4. 具备良好的商务基础知识，能理解信用、价格等风控要点背后的商业逻辑。 5. 严谨与尽责： 对工作有极强的责任心，是流程和规则的坚定守护者。 6. 沟通与协调能力： 能清晰、有耐心地与内外部客户沟通审核问题，并协调资源推动解决。 7. 逻辑分析与解决问题能力： 不仅能发现“点”上的问题，更能分析“面”上的根因，并形成结构化解决方案。
