岗位定位 以城市渠道网络建设为核心抓手，负责所在城市智慧教育与智慧文旅业务的开拓与增长，对营收/回款/项目落地等经营结果负责。 机器人为公司在智慧教育、智慧文旅场景中的核心产品与交付载体（课程/赛事/展演/导览等解决方案的硬件入口）。

岗位职责 城市经营目标负责：对所辖城市智慧教育、智慧文旅相关业务的收入、回款、项目数量、有效渠道数等核心指标负责，推动业务持续增长； 深耕城市各类渠道网络：系统开发、管理并运营城市内渠道合作伙伴，包括但不限于： 教育集成商 / 信息化服务商 / 校园渠道商 科创培训机构 / 赛事承办方 / 教研体系合作方 文旅景区运营方 / 场馆运营方 / 会展活动公司 / 展演公司 本地国企平台 / 城投文旅平台 / 园区运营方等 建立可持续、可复制的渠道结构与分层打法； 制定城市打法并落地拿结果：充分理解本地市场、政策环境与客户画像，拆解业务机会，制定城市作战策略（目标客群、主推产品包、渠道组合、季度节奏），并推动渠道落地执行； 渠道“选育用励汰”全流程负责： 选：筛选高潜渠道，建立合作准入与评估标准 育：培训产品、场景方案与成交话术，提升渠道转化能力 用：设计项目协同机制，推动渠道稳定产出 励：基于贡献度、回款、交付质量制定激励策略 汰：淘汰低效/违规/无法复制的渠道伙伴； 渠道经营赋能与项目推进：与渠道负责人建立高质量客情，帮助其分析客户结构、重点学校/场景布局、项目转化漏斗，制定可落地的推进计划，推动合作伙伴持续投入资源达成目标并更盈利； 政府与关键客户关系维护：保持与教育、文旅等相关部门/单位的必要沟通与合作，在重点项目中完成关键陪访、协调与响应，提升项目推进效率； 跨部门协同交付：协调公司内部销售/售前/交付/产品资源，保障重点项目的交付质量、验收与复购口碑，形成城市样板与案例资产；

岗位要求

本科及以上学历，5 年以上城市渠道拓展/城市经营经验；有本地生活、共享出行、网约车、到店到家、企业服务等行业城市经理经历（如美团/饿了么/抖音本地推/滴滴/58/神州租车等）优先； 具备强烈的结果导向与经营意识：能为城市指标负责，擅长把目标拆解为渠道动作并持续推进； 对渠道体系与合作伙伴管理有方法论沉淀：能搭建渠道分层、政策与协同机制，长期激活合作伙伴产出，而非只靠个人跑单； 商务沟通与谈判能力强，逻辑清晰，能与渠道负责人、客户关键决策者以及政府相关人员进行有效沟通； 学习能力强，能快速理解智慧教育/智慧文旅业务逻辑与产品形态，并将其转化为渠道可复制的打法； 具备优秀的跨团队协同能力与执行力，能整合资源推动项目落地； 价值观正直，责任心强，抗压能力强。
