岗位要求： 1. 了解力控关节伺服控制行业现状，行业标准和技术发展趋势 2. 有一定的力控伺服关节驱动器软件开发经验，有自己的方法论和认知体系 3. 精通伺服电机、无刷直流电机的FOC算法；熟悉ARM或DSP开发环境 4. 熟悉PID、自适应控制 、自抗扰、前馈、参数辨识等算法
