操作系统架构师 / 底层系统专家 系统架构演进： 主导公司核心系统平台的底层架构设计与技术路线图规划，构建并维护高效、安全、可扩展的定制化系统运行环境及交付体系。 底层核心调优： 深入系统内核底层，针对特定业务场景（高并发、低延迟、强实时）的严苛要求，进行核心任务调度优化、系统精简与底层性能极限突破。 资源隔离与管理： 统筹设计系统级的运行沙箱与资源调度框架，确保核心关键任务与计算密集型应用之间的强隔离，实现异构资源的高效统筹与高可用。 软硬协同与算力支撑： 结合复杂的异构硬件平台（涵盖多种计算单元与加速器），设计高效的底层数据流转机制与算力分配策略，为上层前沿智能算法提供稳定、充沛的系统级支持。 基础设施工程化： 建立并持续优化底层的标准开发框架、编译环境与工具链体系，提升跨团队协同的工程化效率与整体技术壁垒。

【任职要求】 计算机科学、电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，7 年以上底层系统软件/操作系统研发经验，具备主导大型复杂系统从 0 到 1 架构设计的成功案例。 精通底层系统原理： 深刻理解主流操作系统内核机制（包括内存管理、进程/线程调度、文件系统及网络协议栈），具备极强的内核态调试与疑难杂症攻坚能力。 系统定制与环境构建： 具备深厚的系统级定制开发经验，熟悉从底层引导、内核编译到用户态环境构建的完整生命周期管理。 系统级隔离与调度技术： 深入理解底层的资源控制与隔离机制，能够设计应对复杂业务流的系统级权限管控与环境隔离方案。 顶尖的系统编程能力： 拥有卓越的 C/C++/Rust 等系统级语言开发能力，对底层数据结构、内存访问模型及并发编程有深刻的洞察。 【加分项】 曾在复杂软硬件协同领域（Android AOSP、自动驾驶底座、大型高频交易系统等）担任核心系统架构师。 具备前瞻性的技术视野，对跨语言底层调用机制、新型系统级编程语言生态有实际的落地推动经验。 在知名基础软件或操作系统开源社区有持续、高价值的贡献。
