1、热点与事件营销（核心）：负责围绕公司人形机器人、具身智能技术，策划具有行业穿透力和出圈效应的线上线下活动、社会化事件及话题营销。捕捉社会公共议题或社会情绪点，将冷冰冰的科技转化为有温度、有冲击力的社会热点。 2、社媒阵地运营与破圈：以传播热度、爆款流量为终极目标，主导海内外主流社媒平台（B站、抖音、小红书、X/Twitter、YouTube等）的内容策略与话题共创。挖掘机器人在实际场景中的趣味点、痛点和创意视觉表达，持续制造“催更”级内容。 3、内部项目IP化：深度挖掘公司内部研发与赛事资源（如赛事、硬核技术突破、大型活动等），将其包装转化为面向公众的科技IP和高传播度故事，做好对内凝聚力展示、对外雇主品牌与技术实力的双向输出。 4、媒介采买与渠道运营：负责KOL/KOC、科技/泛娱乐类垂直媒体、行业社群等外部渠道资源的拓展、筛选、采买与商务谈判。建立清晰的转化与复盘机制，确保预算投放的精准度与性价比。

工作背景：3-5年及以上市场传播、事件营销或Social策划经验。有智能硬件、硬核科技成熟爆款案例者优先。 硬核网感与创意：脑洞大、网感绝佳，能够精准捕捉社会情绪与平台算法规则。拒绝自嗨式公关，善于把“复杂的硬科技”翻译成“人人看得懂且愿意转发的趣味话题”。 资源与操盘能力：熟悉社媒平台的内容生态与投放规则，具备一定的媒体及KOL资源积累，能熟练操控预算并对传播PV/UV、互动率等核心结果负责。 内驱力与抗压性：对具身智能和人形机器人行业充满好奇心。具备极强的跨部门沟通能力，能跟研发大牛打成一片，把干瘪的测试数据变成生动的传播素材。
