【职位描述】 1、负责机器人仿真平台的总体架构设计、技术规划与核心研发，包括仿真引擎、物理环境、传感器建模、机器人模型管理等模块 2、主导 Webots / Gazebo / Isaac Sim / MuJoCo 等主流仿真工具的深入集成，包括场景构建工具链、通信中间件、插件系统等 3、设计并实现 仿真与真实机器人系统（Reality -Simulation）的一致性框架，包括实时同步、数据标注、动态场景加载、行为重放等 4、负责构建稳定高性能的 仿真运行时（Simulation Runtime），包含多物理引擎兼容、并行仿真、仿真调度、渲染优化 5、推动仿真平台与开发工具链的融合，包括 VSCode 工具链、机器人 IDE、场景编辑器、可视化监控工具等 6、组织并推动 仿真工具链与编译系统、自动化测试、CI/CD、DevOps 流水线 的深度整合 7、编写高质量原型代码，主导技术预研和可行性验证，输出可复用的技术规范、模拟标准与开发流程 8、跟踪行业领先的仿真技术（如 GPU 仿真、分布式仿真、强化学习仿真环境），推动平台技术持续演进和创新

【职位要求】 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人等相关专业，8 年以上研发经验，3 年以上大型系统架构经验 2、深刻理解 仿真系统架构、物理引擎工作原理、机器人建模体系（URDF / SDF / MJCF） 3、精通至少两门主流语言（C++ / Rust / Python / TypeScript），具有扎实的系统编码能力 4、熟悉至少一种主流仿真工具（Webots、Gazebo、Isaac Sim、MuJoCo、Unity/Unreal Robotics）内部技术结构 5、有跨平台应用开发经验，了解 Electron、Tauri、VSCode 插件体系或 Web 技术栈 6、熟悉插件化架构、模块化设计、数据流/消息系统（ROS/ROS2、ZeroMQ、DDS、gRPC 等） 7、有系统性能优化经验，包括 多线程、GPU 加速、内存优化、物理计算优化、渲染性能调优 8、具有优秀的技术调研、抽象能力与工程落地能力 【加分项】 参与过 机器人仿真平台的设计或落地，或有类似系统的架构经验 有 ROS / ROS2 实战经验（控制、SLAM、感知、导航等任一方向） 熟悉 GPU 仿真、物理引擎二次开发（Bullet / PhysX / ODE / MuJoCo） 有跨语言模块集成经验（FFI、WebAssembly、Node.js Addon、Python C API） 熟悉 Protobuf/gRPC、数据录制/回放、仿真-实机一致性验证工具链 掌握机器学习/强化学习中的仿真应用（如 Isaac Gym、RLBench 等） 有 CI/CD、自动化测试体系、DevOps 实践经验 有开源项目贡献、技术文章输出或技术社区经验 有技术团队管理或带领经验者优先
