岗位职责 1. 供应商开发与准入 主导新供方资质审核、现场质量能力评估（体系、制程、测试、可靠性），完成准入认证与合格供方名录维护；签订质量 / 技术协议，建立供应商质量档案。 2. 新品导入与物料承认 参与研发选型与评审，负责新物料 / 新零件样品测试、封样与承认；推进 APQP/PPAP 落地，识别并管控量产前质量风险。 3. 来料与量产质量管控 制定 IQC 检验规范与检验计划，监控来料合格率、PPM 等关键指标；处理来料异常与产线质量问题，主导 8D/5Why / 鱼骨图分析，推动供应商整改并验证效果。 4. 供应商过程与体系管理 定期执行供方现场巡检、过程审核，管控 5M1E 变更；建立供应商绩效评级体系，推动分级管理、帮扶提升或淘汰优化。 5. 质量改善与跨部门协同 主导重大质量问题闭环，推动良率提升、成本优化；对接研发、采购、生产，输出质量要求与风险建议，保障供应链稳定。 6. 标准与流程建设 参与质量体系（ISO9001/IATF16949）落地，完善供应商管理流程、检验标准与改善机制，适配初创快速迭代需求。

任职要求 1. 学历背景：统招本科及以上，211/985 院校优先；机械、自动化、电子、材料、质量管理等相关专业。 2. 工作经验：5 年及以上 SQE 供应商质量管理全职工作经验；有机器人 / 自动化 / 智能硬件 / 汽车电子行业经验优先。 3. 专业能力 - 精通结构件（CNC / 钣金 / 压铸 / 注塑）、电子件、电机模组、传感器等物料制程与质量控制点； - 熟练运用 8D、5Why、SPC、MSA、CPK、FMEA、APQP、PPAP 等质量工具； - 熟悉 ISO9001，具备 IATF16949 / 汽车供应链经验加分； - 能独立主导审厂、异常处理、改善推动与效果验证。 4. 综合素养 - 强问题解决、现场稽核与闭环推动能力； - 优秀跨部门沟通、谈判与供应商辅导能力； - 能适应短期出差，抗压性强，适配初创节奏； - 数据敏感，逻辑清晰，具备流程搭建与持续改善意识。
