必备技能与要求 计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上相关工作经验。 系统级开发能力： 熟练掌握Linux环境下的开发、调试与部署。 精通C/C++和Python编程语言，具备良好的编程习惯和代码规范。 熟练掌握Shell脚本，用于自动化任务和系统管理。 后端与分布式通信： 深入理解gRPC框架，并有丰富的项目实践经验。 了解并至少使用过一种Python后端开发框架，如Django, Flask, FastAPI等。 前端开发能力： 熟悉前端开发，能够熟练使用JavaScript或TypeScript进行功能开发。 了解现代前端框架（如React, Vue, Angular之一）者优先。 计算机科学基础： 熟悉操作系统原理、数据结构与算法、网络编程（TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS）。 有机器人操作系统ROS2相关经验者优先。 具备优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情。 具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够承担压力，有强烈的责任心。
