1. GTM策略与商业化落地

  • 深入理解公司业务战略，负责将GTM商业目标拆解为可执行、可衡量的销售及运营目标
  • 结合市场洞察（行业趋势、竞品动态、区域特征），设计商业化策略方案，并协同销售、市场、解决方案团队推动策略的试点验证与规模化推广。
  • 针对重大GTM项目进行专项分析，评估ROI，沉淀有效的商业化打法。

2. 业务指标体系搭建与监控

  • 从零到一搭建并持续优化商业化指标体系，搭建指标监控体系及看板。
  • 识别关键指标异常从能够定位根因，输出高质量的分析报告，洞察业务本质。

3. 销售运营全链路管理

  • 建立销售线索转化漏斗分析，识别各环节的流失卡点，提出并推动转化率优化方案。
  • 参与设计销售激励政策的测算与复盘，确保激励方案与公司利润目标对齐；定期输出销售业绩分析。
  • 推动CRM等销售工具的最佳实践落地，通过数据分析优化销售区域划分、客户分配规则及销售路径标准化。

任职资格 · 对AI、具身智能行业有热情，有AI工具、Agent搭建等方面的实操及办公经验。 · 本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、经济学、计算机、商科相关专业优先。 · 3年以上商业分析、销售运营或管理咨询相关经验，有AI、互联网、科技硬件、SaaS或跨境业务背景者优先。有to B及to C 商分、销管以及用增等相关复合经历优先。 · 参与过0-1 GTM商业化流程，有新产品上市或新市场开拓策略制定的成功经验者优先。
