1.对城市业务收入、回款、项目数、有效渠道数等核心指标负责，驱动业务增长。 2.开发运营教育、文旅、国企平台等多类型渠道伙伴，搭建可复制的渠道结构与打法。 3.制定城市作战策略，全流程负责渠道 “选育用励汰”，建立标准、开展赋能、设计激励与协同机制。 4.维护渠道客情，协助合作伙伴制定项目推进计划，推动其资源投入与盈利。 5.维护教育、文旅相关政府及关键客户关系，协调重点项目推进。 6.协同公司内资源，保障项目交付验收与复购，打造城市样板案例。

本科及以上学历，5 年以上城市渠道 / 经营经验，本地生活、共享出行等行业经历优先。 1.结果导向，具备经营意识，擅长目标拆解与落地推进。 2.精通渠道搭建与管理，有方法论沉淀，能长期激活渠道产出。 3.商务沟通谈判能力强，可高效对接渠道、客户及政府人员。 4.学习能力强，能快速理解业务逻辑，转化为可复制的渠道打法。 5.优秀的跨团队协同与执行力，正直负责，抗压能力突出。
