云台工程师 职位描述 负责云台控制系统的建模，性能分析，制定控制系统的约束规格，提供关键参数的选型指导与性能评估； 负责云台控制器的方案设计与参数整定，完成控制性能的调试与效果优化，确保相关模块高质量、高效交付； 负责云台控制算法在嵌入式平台的实现、验证与调优，能够在有限的资源系统中找到最佳的工程落地解决方案； 负责云台控制、相机防抖等相关领域的先进技术探究与难点攻关，完成技术积累并推动其产品化应用。 职位要求 自动化、电气电子、机械电子、飞行器设计及控制科学等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备相关工程开发经验； 具备扎实的控制理论基础，熟练掌握控制系统（含数字系统）的建模、分析与辨识方法；精通基于频域校正、鲁棒控制等控制器设计，深入理解系统的稳定性与鲁棒性分析； 熟悉机电系统特性，深刻理解执行器（电机）对控制性能的影响因素及改进方法；深入理解数字信号的频域分析方法及各类数字滤波器的设计准则； 具备较强的动手能力与算法落地调试能力，拥有优秀的跨团队/跨模块协作沟通能力，结果导向。 加分项： 掌握几何光学相关知识，有镜头模组马达控制、光学防抖、半导体生产设备运动控制或云台系统开发相关经验者优先； 熟练掌握控制系统动态建模方法，主导或参与过系统辨识工作，并有将其成功应用到控制器设计中的实际项目经验者优先。
