岗位职责： 1. 价格体系管理与策略制定。负责价格策略制定、执行与维护，确保价格竞争力与利润目标的平衡。定期分析市场竞争格局、客户预算及成本结构，为产品定价和调价提供数据支持和策略建议。维护官方价格清单（Price List），确保其准确性和及时性。 2. 特价申请与审批支持。受理并审核一线销售团队提交的特价申请，评估申请的合理性与合规性。按照标准流程进行特价申请。监控特价使用情况，进行事后复盘与分析，为未来策略提供输入。 3. 合同全生命周期风险管理。制定标准合同模板。负责销售合同的商务条款审核。与法务、财务、交付等部门协同，就非标准合同条款进行谈判和拉通，确保合同的可执行性。 4. 非标商务申请处理。处理除价格外的各类非标准商务申请（如特殊付款方式、特殊交付条款、免费备件等）。评估非标请求对公司运营和风险的影响，制定应对方案并推动跨部门决策。 5. 流程优化与赋能。总结提炼商务实践中的优秀经验和案例，参与优化和简化商务流程，提升整体运营效率。为一线销售团队提供商务流程、政策及系统的培训与赋能，提升团队商务能力。

岗位要求： 1. 学历与经验： 统招本科及以上学历，5年以上大型To B企业商务、销售运营、定价或合同管理相关工作经验。 2. 专业知识：精通企业级产品的定价模式和商务运作流程。具备扎实的财务、法律基础知识，能快速理解合同条款背后的商业逻辑和风险。熟悉国内商业环境及相关法律法规。 3. 良好的沟通与协调能力： 具备强大的跨部门（销售、法务、财务、交付、产品）沟通和协调能力，能有效推动问题解决。 4. 较强的风险意识： 对商业风险有敏锐的洞察力，始终坚持原则性与灵活性相结合。 5. 熟练的Office技能： 尤其精通Excel和PPT，能制作专业的数据分析和报告。
