职位描述 打造具备国际顶级竞争力的人形机器人队伍，持续提升公司在机器人踢足球领域的技术优势。 参与机器人足球场景下的多智能体算法与策略研发，围绕团队协同、比赛决策、攻防策略、仿真训练等方向，推动机器人在真实比赛中的智能水平不断提升。 工作职责 - 负责人形机器人足球场景下的多智能体协同算法开发，包括感知、定位、决策等模块，协调运动控制，实现多机器人在球场环境下的高水平竞技 - 负责比赛策略与高层决策系统开发，提升机器人在攻防转换、团队配合和临场决策中的表现； - 参与强化学习、模仿学习、规划搜索、优化算法等相关能力建设； - 搭建和优化仿真训练、算法验证和效果评测流程，推动仿真到实机落地； - 与控制、感知、软件、硬件团队协同，完成算法联调、测试和持续优化； - 跟踪国际顶级机器人足球队伍的技术路线，对决策模型进行针对性迭代，保证竞赛竞争力持续领先。

任职要求 - 自动化、计算机、人工智能、机器人等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； - 具备扎实的数学基础、算法能力和编程能力，能够解决复杂问题； - 精通 C++和 Python，具备良好的代码结构和可读性设计能力； - 对一个或多个方向有经验或较强基础：多智能体系统、强化学习、博弈决策、路径规划、智能控制、仿真训练； - 对机器人竞赛、具身智能或复杂对抗系统有浓厚兴趣； - 具备较强的学习能力、分析能力和技术攻关能力，能对前沿算法进行快速调研与迁移。 优先条件 - 参加过数学、物理、信息学奥赛并取得较好成绩； - 作为技术主力参加过 RoboCup、RoboMaster、自动驾驶、智能决策等高水平竞赛； - 熟练掌握ROS/ROS2 框架，具有机器人决策、定位、避障等相关开发经验。 - 有机器人、自动驾驶、游戏 AI、具身智能等相关项目或研发经验； - 英语阅读能力较好，能跟踪国际前沿论文和技术资料。
