职位描述 负责人形机器人整机硬件系统架构设计，包括SoC选型、电源架构、接口拓扑与高速链路规划。 主导核心计算平台的系统级集成与性能优化，涵盖CPU/GPU/内存/带宽/功耗协同设计。 主导硬件系统的Bring-up与调试，板级调试、高速信号完整性（SI/PI）分析、启动链路问题定位 与软件团队协同完成系统级性能调优，GPU/AI推理性能优化，带宽瓶颈分析（Memory/IO），网络性能优化。 参与硬件可靠性设计与验证，EMC/ESD设计与整改，长稳测试 / 环境适应性测试 负责供应链与器件选型，评估降本方案、交期与可替代方案，推动量产落地。

职位要求 电子工程、通信工程、自动化、计算机工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历（硕士优先）。 5年以上硬件开发经验，其中至少3年以上系统级设计经验。 具备完整产品开发经验（从架构 → 设计 → 调试 → 量产） 具备系统性思维，能从全局角度分析问题 具备跨团队沟通能力（硬件 / 软件 / 算法） 能在不确定环境下推进复杂项目落地 有技术深度，同时具备工程落地能力
