岗位职责 采购体系与流程建设：从0到1构建公司非生产性采购（间接采购）的管理制度、审批流程及合规风控体系，建立完善的三方比价、招投标流程，推动采购流程的标准化与数字化。 核心大项商务谈判：亲自负责公司重大间接采购项目（包括但不限于：企业级系统软件、云服务与算力资源、办公职场选址、装修工程及大宗企业服务）的招标、商务谈判及合同法律条款把关，确保显著的商务降本（Cost Saving）。 供应商全生命周期管理：梳理并建立覆盖IT数字化、行政工程、市场营销及日常运营四大品类的供应商管理体系，制定严格的准入、考核、淘汰机制，沉淀优质的核心供应商池。 跨部门协同与业务支持：深入对接IT、HR、财务及各业务研发团队，理解技术与业务诉求，用业务语言顺畅沟通，高效收拢分散的采购权限，为业务团队提供高回报、合规的采购支持。 团队梯队规划与人才培养：根据公司人员规模及业务量发展，规划间接采购团队的组织架构，负责后续品类采购专家的招聘、专业指导与日常管理。

任职要求 工作经验：5-8年及以上间接采购工作经验，具备从0到1搭建采购体系经验，或知名互联网、高科技、大型制造企业的间接采购骨干背景。 专业能力：熟练掌握IT/软件/云服务、工程、行政服务等至少两个大类品类的采购策略，具备优秀的成本分析能力、商务谈判能力及出色的合同审核能力。 软性素质：具备极强的跨部门沟通推动力和抗压能力，原则性强，职业操守过硬；能够适应初创硬科技公司快速变化、结果导向的文化。 教育背景：本科及以上学历，供应链管理、理工科或商科相关专业背景优先。
