岗位核心定位：设计并优化工厂生产计划、资源和成本管理流程、协调S&OP销售/供应链/研发/生产规划。要求做事严谨有条理、规划性强、落地执行力足，擅长数据核算、具备优秀的沟通协调能力。

主要工作职责 1、生产计划管理：结合销售订单、供应链采购计划、工厂产能、拉齐生产排班数据，避免数据疏漏，保障计划落地执行。跟进生产计划执行，实时监控偏差，及时预警、调整。 2、生产流程诊断和优化：梳理并优化工厂生产全流程，提高生产效率，与研发配合保证新产品新工艺按时落地。 3、排班与人员调度管理优化：梳理并优化排班流程，并监督排班安排落地，平衡效率和成本，做好跨部门和跨层级信息传递和决策

能力要求 1. 算数清晰、数据敏感：擅长各类产能、工时、产量、物料数据核算，算账精准、逻辑缜密，无数据误差，能快速核对、校验各类生产台账数据。 2. 判断力和原则：面对生产突发情况、计划变更、人员冲突，能快速独立判断问题核心，做出合理、高效的决策，不犹豫、不盲从。 3. 关注细节、有责任心：细节把控能力极强，擅长全程跟进，及时发现执行偏差和潜在问题。 4. 沟通协调能力优秀：擅长跨部门、班组间沟通对接，能清晰传递工作标准、统筹各方需求

基础条件 1. 学历：本科以上学历，生产管理、工商管理、机电相关专业优先。 2. 经验：5年以上销售/供应链/生产计划、排班管理、现场统筹相关经验，熟悉生产流程者优先。 3. 技能：熟练使用Excel（数据统计、函数核算、台账制作），具备基础流程梳理能力，懂生产现场管理逻辑。
