核心岗位职责 1. 体系搭建与标准化 - 主导搭建覆盖研发、供应链、生产制造、测试验证、售后服务全流程的机器人整车级质量管理体系，融合 ISO9001、IATF16949 核心要求及机器人行业 GB/T 11291 等专项标准 - 编写并发布质量手册、程序文件、作业指导书、记录表单等全套体系文件，建立统一的质量语言和流程规范 - 结合初创公司快速迭代特点，设计轻量化、可落地的体系流程，平衡质量管控与研发生产效率 2. 体系运行与监督审核 - 组织开展内部质量体系审核、过程审核和产品审核，跟踪不符合项的整改闭环，确保体系有效运行 - 筹备并组织管理评审会议，向管理层汇报体系运行状况、质量目标达成情况及改进建议 - 对接第三方认证机构，完成 ISO9001 等体系认证及年度监督审核 - 建立质量体系运行监控指标，定期输出体系运行分析报告 3. 量产导入质量管控 - 主导整车项目 APQP（产品质量先期策划）全流程，制定各阶段质量计划和交付物要求 - 组织开展 DFMEA（设计失效模式及后果分析）和 PFMEA（过程失效模式及后果分析），识别并管控关键质量风险 - 负责 PPAP（生产件批准程序）的组织与实施，确保供应商和内部生产过程满足量产要求 - 参与试生产和小批量量产过程，跟踪解决过程中出现的质量问题，推动量产爬坡阶段的质量提升 4. 质量问题与改进管理 - 建立整车级质量问题闭环管理机制，组织跨部门团队运用 8D、5Why 等方法解决重大质量问题 - 负责不合格品的判定与处理，监督纠正预防措施的落实效果 - 推动全员质量改进活动，收集和推广最佳实践，持续提升体系有效性和产品质量 5. 合规与供应商体系支持 - 跟踪国内外机器人行业质量法规和标准更新，确保公司产品和体系持续合规 - 参与供应商质量体系审核，指导供应商建立符合公司要求的质量管理体系 - 组织开展质量培训，提升全员质量意识和体系执行能力

任职资格要求 1. 学历背景：211/985 院校本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、自动化、质量管理等相关专业 2. 工作经验：3-5 年整车制造行业质量体系管理工作经验，有新能源汽车或智能网联汽车整车质量体系经验优先 3. 专业能力： - 精通 IATF16949 和 ISO9001 质量管理体系标准，有完整的体系搭建或升级经验 - 熟练掌握汽车行业五大核心工具（APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA），能独立开展过程审核和产品审核 - 熟悉整车开发流程和生产制造工艺，了解从研发到量产的全生命周期质量管控要点 - 具备较强的质量风险识别和问题解决能力，能独立组织跨部门团队解决复杂质量问题 4. 软技能： - 极强的跨部门沟通协调能力和推动能力，能在快速变化的初创环境中有效推进工作 - 逻辑清晰，责任心强，注重细节，具备良好的文档编写能力 - 抗压能力强，能适应初创公司快节奏、多任务的工作模式 - 有强烈的质量意识和结果导向思维 加分项 - 持有 IATF16949 或 ISO9001 内审员 / 外审员证书 - 有人形机器人、工业机器人或特种机器人行业质量体系管理经验 - 参与过整车项目从概念设计到 SOP 的完整过程 - 有供应商质量管控或产品认证（CE/CCC 等）相关经验 - 具备基础的英语读写能力，能阅读英文技术文档和标准
