【职位要求】 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信或相关专业 3 年以上后端开发经验，有云平台或分布式系统开发经验者优先 熟练掌握至少一种后端开发语言（Go / Rust / Java / Python / Node.js） 熟悉常见 Web 框架与 RESTful API 设计 熟悉 Linux 开发环境，具备良好的系统调试能力 熟悉网络协议（HTTP / TCP / WebSocket 等） 熟悉数据库系统（MySQL / PostgreSQL / Redis 等） 具备良好的代码质量意识和工程实践能力
