1. 全链路用户生命周期加速运营 全权负责用户从拉新、激活、活跃、留存、转化到流失召回的全闭环运营，打破传统运营低效模式，制定轻量化、高转化、可快速落地的加速增长策略。针对不同阶段用户痛点，针对性设计运营动作，缩短用户转化路径，加速用户价值沉淀，持续提升用户活跃度、留存率、付费率及复购率，降低用户流失率。 2. 用户分层精细化运营与体系搭建 基于用户行为数据、属性标签、消费能力、活跃频次搭建完善的用户画像体系，完成用户分层、分群运营。针对新手用户、核心用户、高价值用户、沉睡用户制定差异化加速运营方案，搭建用户流失预警机制，通过精准触达、专属权益、场景化运营，挖掘存量用户增量价值，实现用户价值的持续进化与提升。 3. 创新运营策略落地与快速迭代 紧跟行业运营趋势，拆解头部产品增长玩法，结合自身产品特性，策划轻量化、高性价比的运营活动、社群互动、任务激励、用户裂变等创新方案。坚持小步快跑、快速试错、高频迭代的加速进化逻辑，落地运营策略后快速复盘效果，通过A/B测试优化玩法、话术、权益、触达渠道，淘汰低效方案，沉淀可复制的高效运营SOP。 4. 数据驱动运营优化与用户洞察 日常监控用户增长核心数据（新增、活跃、留存、转化、LTV、流失率等），定期输出数据复盘报告，精准定位运营短板与用户体验痛点。结合用户调研、社群反馈、问卷访谈等方式，深度挖掘用户真实需求，联动产品、技术、市场团队推动产品功能优化、流程升级、体验迭代，从根源上提升用户体验，实现运营与产品的双向加速进化。 5. 用户生态维护与品牌口碑沉淀 负责核心用户社群、私域流量的日常运营维护，搭建用户沟通渠道，及时响应、解决用户问题与诉求，收集用户建议并汇总迭代。挖掘核心KOC、忠实用户，搭建用户激励体系，激活用户自发传播能力，营造良性活跃的用户生态，沉淀优质用户口碑，助力品牌影响力持续提升。

1. 基础能力要求 本科及以上学历，1-3年互联网用户运营、用户增长、社群运营相关工作经验，熟悉互联网用户生命周期运营逻辑，有To C产品运营经验者优先；优秀应届生、具备完整运营项目实践经验可放宽条件。 2. 核心专业能力 具备加速增长思维与精细化运营能力，不局限于基础执行工作，擅长主动拆解增长目标、设计创新运营策略、落地快速试错迭代；熟练运用数据工具分析用户数据，能够通过数据发现问题、拆解问题、解决问题，具备独立输出复盘报告、优化运营方案的能力。 熟悉用户分层、流失预警、用户召回、裂变增长、活动运营等主流运营玩法，能够结合业务场景快速适配、创新优化，沉淀标准化运营体系。 3. 综合素质要求 拥有极强的快速学习能力与自我进化能力，适应高速迭代、快节奏的工作模式，抗压能力强，能够接受高频试错、快速调整的工作节奏；具备优秀的用户同理心，善于洞察用户需求与痛点，跳出固化思维做运营。 具备良好的跨部门沟通、协同推进能力，执行力强、逻辑清晰、目标感强，对用户增长结果负责；做事高效细致，具备优秀的复盘总结与方法论沉淀能力。 4. 优先加分项 有AI产品、工具类产品、新锐消费互联网产品运营经验者优先；具备私域裂变、用户增长体系搭建、大型运营活动操盘经验者优先；熟练使用Excel、数据分析工具，有数据建模、用户画像搭建经验者优先；对行业趋势敏感，擅长拆解竞品增长玩法并落地创新者优先。
