二.渠道体系建设: 1.管过复杂的渠道体系和直销体系,制定过政策、下过目标; 2.设计渠道分级模型(行业集成商/区域代理/生态伙伴),完成伙伴招募、培训、认证与激励; 3.建立渠道冲突规则与联合打单流程,实现渠道贡献占比≥40%;

三.商业分析与决策支持: 1.主导CRM选型上线,统一客户、商机、合同、回款数据; 2.每周输出销售仪表盘(bookings、毛利、DSO、渠道贡献),用数据指导资源投放与产品定价;

岗位要求 1.5-10年科技行业销售运营/渠道运营/商业分析经验,熟悉复杂方案型型销售(机器人、无人机、工业自动化、软件系统集成等); 2.至少主导过1套CRM上线和1套渠道或销售激励方案设计; 3.数据敏感,熟练运用Excel/SQL/BI工具,能独立完成建模与可视化; 4.统招本科及以上,211/985加分.
