—负责人形机器人一体化关节模组硬件电路板全流程开发，包括原理图设计、PCB Layout 评审、BOM编制、打样调试与量产导入； —负责关节模组电机驱动硬件电路设计:覆盖PMSM/BLDC驱动、功率器件驱动、三相逆变桥、电流/电压采样、母线驱动、栅极驱动等核心电路设计与优化； —负责关节硬件保护电路开发:过流、过压、过温、短路、反电动势保护等可靠性电路设计，提升关节运行安全性； —负责高精度采样电路设计:适配力矩传感器、编码器(绝对值/增量式)、温度传感器等信号调理、采集与抗干扰设计； —负责关节模组通信硬件开发:CAN/CANopen/EtherCAT等工业总线接口电路设计，保障驱控通信稳定性； —研发样机的软硬件联调，性能、功能测试，对研发的电路板整理出验收标准并向生产工艺宣贯，指导供应商进行出厂检验、质量部门进行入库检验； —设计阶段生成电路板的三维模型，通过与机械协调安装、布局进行PCB的设计改进等工作； —嵌入式产品的硬件调试、测试、装配到整机上的故障排查、定位； —配合产品端工艺、电气等解决批量生产过程中的技术问题、工艺改进问题； —贴近生产现场，及时收集分析设计的板级产品在机器人整机上的应用问题，同生产工艺密切配合，共同保证整机产品质量。

—本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、电气工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业，3年及以上伺服驱动器、机器人关节模组、电机控制器硬件开发经验，有人形/协作机器人一体化关节硬件设计经验优先； —精通永磁同步电机(PMSM)驱动硬件原理，熟练掌握逆变电路、采样电路、驱动电路、电源电路设计； —熟练使用Altium Designer/Cadence/PADS等EDA设计工具，具备4层及以上高密度PCB设计能力，懂阻抗匹配、散热设计、EMC布局； —熟悉STM32/GD32 等MCU选型，熟悉MOSFET/IGBT/SIC等功率器件、驱动芯片、采样芯片、电源管理芯片的选型与应用； —掌握硬件调试方法，能熟练使用示波器、负载仪、功率分析仪、EMC测试仪等设备，独立完成硬件调试与故障排查； —熟悉CAN/EtherCAT等工业总线硬件接口设计，了解编码器硬件接口原理； —具备良好的文档编写能力，能输出原理图、PCB、BOM、测试规范、量产工艺等技术文档； —具备较强的责任感、团队合作精神、系统性思维和沟通表达能力； —在机器人、机电自动化等领域有较为丰富的项目经验，对机器人、机电设备的总体设计有较强的把控能力； —具备硬件产品质量意识。
