  • 本科及以上学历，机械、电子、自动化、机电等相关专业；
  • 5年以上智能硬件 / 工业设备 / 机器人 / 汽车 / 医疗设备维修或售后经验；
  • 有维修团队管理经验或售后服务体系建设经验；
  • 熟悉维修流程、备件管理及质量管理；
  • 有服务商管理或代理商维修体系经验优先；
  • 能接受出差，具备英语沟通能力优先；
  • 具备较强责任心、执行力和组织能力。
