1.需求对接与交期确认 作为供应链需求接口，对接销售侧传递的客户需求，评估生产能力、设备负荷和资源缺口，协调采购、生产等环节确定可行交付日期。 2.主生产计划（MPS）制定 根据订单优先级、产能瓶颈、物料到位时间，制定月度/周生产计划，并动态调整（如插单、订单变更/ECN时的计划重排）。 3.生产进度监控 跟踪每日生产达成率，识别延误环节（如工序瓶颈、设备故障），协调生产部门或工艺部门解决异常。 4.跨部门协同 与销售部门同步订单进度，与研发技术部门确认工艺变更，与质量部门处理返工计划。 5.编制物料需求计划（MRP） 根据BOM（物料清单）分解订单需求，计算原材料、半成品、包装材料的用量及采购/生产周期，生成采购申请。 6.物料跟踪与预警 监控外协厂/供应商交货进度，对可能缺料的物料提前预警，避免停工待料。 7.库存优化 设定合理的安全库存水平，推动处理呆滞料，降低库存资金占用。 8.交付与效率分析 统计订单准时交付率、生产周期、库存周转率、计划达成率、齐套率等KPI，提出改进方案（如优化排产逻辑、缩短采购前置期）。 9.变更管理 处理客户临时增/减量、设计变更导致的计划与物料调整。

1.本科及以上学历，3年以上计划工作经验。 2.有良好沟通能力、责任心强，有团队合作精神。 3.有供应链全局观，能够主动对标全局目标。 4.有清晰思路和主见，能够独立自主开展工作。 5.强跨部门推动力，尤其在订单紧急时能快速达成共识。 6.熟练使用表格和ERP（如SAP、金蝶）工具。
