【岗位职责】 核心引擎开发： 负责高性能、低延迟通信中间件及系统核心模块的设计与研发，使用 Rust 构建安全、高并发的底层服务。 系统架构保障： 参与构建高可用、强实时性的系统基础架构，解决复杂系统下的资源隔离、进程间通信等核心技术难题。 跨语言生态融合： 负责开发与维护 Rust 与 C/C++、Python 等语言的高效绑定（FFI）与调用封装，确保多语言混合工程的稳定运行。 性能极致优化： 深入分析系统瓶颈，利用系统级调优手段（如零拷贝共享内存等机制）持续突破通信吞吐量与延迟的极限。 工程化建设： 编写高质量、可测试、可维护的代码，参与技术规范的制定及 Code Review，推动团队工程化水平的提升。

【任职要求】 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、自动化或相关专业。 精通 Rust 语言： 深入理解 Rust 的所有权机制、生命周期、并发模型（多线程与异步编程），有实际的 Rust 项目落地经验。 系统编程基础： 扎实的 Linux 环境下 C/C++ 开发经验，熟悉底层系统编程（System Programming），能独立排查复杂的内存与并发问题。 操作系统功底： 熟悉 Linux 操作系统原理（包括但不限于内存分配、进程/线程调度、文件系统、网络协议栈）。 具备优秀的逻辑分析能力与解决复杂问题的能力，对技术有强烈的好奇心和钻研精神。 【加分项】 深度系统与中间件经验： 对操作系统内部机制或分布式通信中间件有深入研究，了解过 Iceoryx、Zenoh、DDS 等高性能通信框架的设计哲学。 极致性能优化： 熟悉内核旁路（Kernel bypass）技术（如 RDMA、XDP）、无锁编程或熟悉 CPU 缓存一致性优化。 系统定制与隔离： 熟悉 Linux 资源隔离技术（Namespaces, Cgroups, LXD/Incus），或具备定制化 Linux 发行版构建经验（如 Yocto Project）。 行业背景： 拥有机器人系统（尤其是高频控制、具身智能领域）底层软件开发经验，或熟悉 ROS2 生态底层机制者优先。 开源贡献： 在 GitHub 等平台上有高质量的开源项目，或曾向知名的 Rust / 操作系统 / 中间件开源社区提交过核心代码。
