岗位职责 - 前沿模型调研与评测： 负责前沿多模态大模型、视觉语言导航及动作模型（VLM/VLN/VLA）的对比测试与技术调研，跟踪学术界与工业界最新进展。 - 模型训练与评估： 负责相关模型的微调（Fine-tuning）与训练实验，设计并完善多维度、高标准的模型评估方案。 - 数据集构建： 针对特定应用场景，负责多模态、导航领域高质数据集的清洗、构建与维护。 - 模型结构优化： 面向实际落地与工程部署，对模型结构进行剪枝、蒸馏或针对性架构优化，提升模型推理效率。

任职要求 - 专业背景： 计算机、自动化、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历（或优秀的本科生/实习生）。 - 核心技能： 深入理解并具备 VLM / VLN / VLA 的微调与训练实战经验；熟练掌握 PyTorch 等主流深度学习框架。 - 领域知识： 熟悉学术界常用的多模态数据集及主流 Benchmark（如 Vision-Language-Navigation 相关评测集）。 - 加分项： 在 CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICRA, IROS 等顶会有相关论文发表者优先。
