Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido (2 dias na semana presencial no nosso escritório em Florianópolis/SC e 3 dias home office).Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConteúdo e comunicação: Produzir e revisar conteúdos para diferentes canais e públicos; apoiar a construção de cases, e-books e materiais institucionais; organizar e acompanhar o calendário editorial.Campanhas e geração de demanda: Planejar e executar campanhas e ações de Marketing; desenvolver materiais de apoio ao Comercial; acompanhar resultados e propor melhorias.Digital e marca: Atualizar conteúdos do site e demais canais digitais; apoiar o posicionamento da marca e garantir a consistência da comunicação.Dados e performance: Monitorar indicadores de Marketing, organizar relatórios, analisar resultados e identificar oportunidades de otimização.Inteligência de mercado: Pesquisar tendências, concorrentes e referências de Marketing B2B, identificando oportunidades de comunicação e geração de demanda.IA e automação: Utilizar ferramentas de IA para otimizar a produção de conteúdo e a produtividade; identificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria de processos.Interface com Comercial: Atuar em parceria com o Comercial, traduzindo necessidades da área em ações de Marketing alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio.
