Se você tem uma visão empreendedora, atitude de dono, é focado em resultados, tem espírito de equipe, visão de longo prazo, gosta do que faz e compartilha nossos valores, venha fazer parte da nossa equipe!Estamos buscando ANALISTA DE MARKETING, para um dos nossos principais negócios, que reúne as melhores lojas do Brasil, com potencial de crescimento e expansão e a expressão máxima da nossa Marca.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver planejamento de marketing com o olhar 360º para ativações e comunicações; Desenvolver/gerenciar os canais de comunicação da Portobello Shop, no que tange o relacionamento com as lojas, colaborando com todas as equipes da empresa visando criar estratégias de comunicação que promovam a marca da franquia e impulsionam o envolvimento do público-alvo;Desenvolver briefings para a criação materiais de marketing (online e offline), visando ativação das campanhas promocionais, lançamentos e institucionais da rede, garantindo a entrega do enxoval de comunicação com antecedência para execução nas lojas e nos canais de comunicação;Trabalhar em parceria com a área de Trade Marketing para criar e ativar planos de marketing que apoiem as ações do calendário comercial da franqueadora;Facilitar a comunicação interna entre a franqueadora e franquias fornecendo suporte e recursos necessários, para garantir a consistência da mensagem da marca;Preparar e responder a situações de crise que possam afetar a reputação da franquia, comunicando-se eficazmente com franqueados e outras partes interessadas para minimizar danos à imagem da marca;Monitorar e analisar o desempenho das campanhas de comunicação, utilizando métricas relevantes para avaliar o retorno sobre o investimento e fazer ajustes estratégicos quando necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Comunicação, Marketing, Relações Públicas ou área relacionada;Domínio do Pacote Office (Excel e Power point / Ferramentas do Google);Competências chaves: perfil analítico, organização, resiliência, boa comunicação, bom relacionamento interpessoal e proatividade;Experiência prévia em marketing e comunicação, preferencialmente em ambiente de franquias ou varejo;Habilidade para gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente e cumprir prazos;Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe;Visão estratégica e habilidade para identificar oportunidades de melhoria;Disponibilidade para viajar, se necessário.
