Uloga i strateški značaj:

Kao Nacionalni menadžer ključnih kupaca, bit ćete odgovorni za strateško upravljanje i razvoj poslovanja s ključnim kupcima na razini BiH. Kroz razvoj prodajnih strategija, analizu poslovnih rezultata, vođenje ključnih pregovora i razvoj dugoročnih partnerstava, doprinosit ćete ostvarenju prodajnih ciljeva, profitabilnosti i održivom rastu poslovanja

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • Izrada i realizacija godišnjih planova prodaje za ključne kupce.
  • Razvoj i održavanje dugoročnih partnerskih odnosa s ključnim kupcima.
  • Analiza prodajnih rezultata, profitabilnosti i ključnih pokazatelja poslovanja te prepoznavanje prilika za rast.
  • Vođenje pregovora i ugovaranje komercijalnih uvjeta suradnje.
  • Planiranje i provedba komercijalnih aktivnosti usmjerenih na rast prodaje i razvoj ključnih kupaca.
  • Prezentiranje novih proizvoda, promotivnih aktivnosti i poslovnih inicijativa kupcima.
  • Koordinacija prodajnih i marketinških aktivnosti u suradnji s internim timovima.
  • Suradnja s logistikom i ostalim odjelima radi osiguranja kvalitetne i pravovremene isporuke.
  • Praćenje zastupljenosti asortimana, tržišnih trendova i potreba kupaca.
  • Redovno praćenje, analiza i izvještavanje o prodajnim rezultatima, realizaciji planova i ključnim pokazateljima poslovanja.

Traženi profil kandidata:

  • Minimalno 3 godine relevantnog iskustva u prodaji i upravljanju ključnim kupcima, poželjno na nacionalnoj razini.
  • Izražene pregovaračke, komunikacijske i prezentacijske vještine.
  • Odlične analitičke vještine i napredno poznavanje MS Excela.
  • Razvijeno komercijalno i strateško razmišljanje.
  • Samostalnost u radu, proaktivnost i usmjerenost na ostvarivanje rezultata.
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije i spremnost na terenski rad.
