Retail brand menadžer – žestoka pića

Mjesto rada: BiH

Uloga i strateški značaj:

Tražimo proaktivnog i analitičnog Retail brand menadžera koji će biti odgovoran za razvoj brendova iz kategorije žestokih pića i unapređenje njihove tržišne pozicije u Retail kanalu. Kroz planiranje i realizaciju komercijalnih i promotivnih aktivnosti, razvoj distribucije, analizu tržišta i blisku saradnju s prodajnim timovima i ključnim kupcima, imat ćete važnu ulogu u rastu brendova, jačanju njihove tržišne pozicije i ostvarenju poslovnih ciljeva.

Ključne odgovornosti:

  • Planiranje i implementacija promotivnih i komercijalnih aktivnosti za kategoriju žestokih pića.
  • Razvoj distribucije i unapređenje pozicioniranja brendova u Retail kanalu.
  • Koordinacija lansiranja novih proizvoda i razvoj postojećeg portfolija.
  • Upravljanje budžetom i analiza učinkovitosti i povrata ulaganja u promotivne aktivnosti.
  • Praćenje tržišnih trendova, konkurencije, ponašanja kupaca i prodajnih rezultata.
  • Saradnja s Key Account Managerima, prodajnim timovima i internim odjelima u planiranju i realizaciji aktivnosti.
  • Praćenje ostvarenja prodajnih ciljeva i ključnih pokazatelja uspješnosti.
  • Redovne terenske posjete i praćenje kvalitete implementacije dogovorenih aktivnosti na prodajnim mjestima.

Traženi profil kandidata:

  • Minimalno 3 godine iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima u FMCG industriji.
  • Poželjno iskustvo u upravljanju brendovima i kategorijama, trade marketingu ili razvoju prodajnih kanala.
  • Odlične analitičke, organizacijske i komunikacijske vještine.
  • Iskustvo u planiranju i realizaciji promotivnih aktivnosti te upravljanju budžetima.
  • Proaktivnost, samostalnost u radu i usmjerenost na ostvarivanje rezultata.
  • Napredno poznavanje MS Excela i sposobnost analize i interpretacije prodajnih podataka.
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije i spremnost na terenski rad.
