Stellenbeschreibung

Als Enterprise Architect (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung und Professionalisierung unseres Enterprise Architecture Managements (EAM) und unserer globalen IT- und Cloud-Architektur. Du definierst technische Zielarchitekturen, etablierst verbindliche Architekturstandards und stellst deren Umsetzung in komplexen Transformations- und Implementierungsprojekten sicher – mit klarem Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit, Betriebsfähigkeit und pragmatische Umsetzbarkeit.

Enterprise Architecture & Architecture Governance

  • Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung globaler EAM-Prozesse, Methoden, Standards und Entscheidungswege.
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Zielarchitekturen für Applikationen, Daten, Integration, Technologie und Cloud.
  • Definition und Durchsetzung von Architekturprinzipien, technischen Standards und Governance-Vorgaben für Cloud- und On-Premise-Umgebungen.
  • Bewertung und Priorisierung von Architekturvarianten unter Berücksichtigung von Abhängigkeiten, Risiken, Kosten, Sicherheit und langfristiger Betriebsfähigkeit.
  • Moderation und fachliche Führung komplexer Architekturentscheidungen bis auf Managementebene.

Cloud & Transformation

  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Cloud-Architekturen für SaaS-, PaaS-, IaaS- und hybride Szenarien.
  • Steuerung und technische Begleitung komplexer Cloud-Migrationen und Modernisierungsprogramme von der Zielarchitektur bis zur Implementierung.
  • Bewertung von Cloud-Plattformen und Services hinsichtlich Skalierbarkeit, Security, Compliance, Datenresidenz, Integrationsfähigkeit, Redundanz und Exit-Fähigkeit.
  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Cloud-Governance, Landing Zones, Betriebsmodellen sowie technischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Standards.
  • Bewertung neuer Technologien und Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen für die zukünftige IT-Architektur.

Architektur, Kosten & Sourcing

  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Architekturvarianten einschließlich TCO, Lizenzmodellen, Cloud-Verbrauch, Betriebs- und Folgekosten.
  • Bewertung von Make-or-Buy-, Plattform- und Sourcing-Entscheidungen aus technischer und wirtschaftlicher Sicht.
  • Identifikation von Kosten- und Komplexitätsreduktionspotenzialen durch Standardisierung, Konsolidierung, Automatisierung und Decommissioning.
  • Technische Bewertung von Cloud- und IT-Anbietern sowie deren Plattform-, Vertrags- und Betriebsmodellen.
  • Bewertung und Steuerung technischer Risiken aus Vendor Lock-in, Lizenzabhängigkeiten, Integrationsaufwand und Datenresidenz.

Prozessoptimierung & Hands-on Umsetzung

  • Analyse bestehender IT- und Architekturstrukturen sowie Identifikation konkreter Optimierungspotenziale.
  • Definition von Architekturprozessen und Standards, die in Projekten angewendet werden.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in komplexen Transformations- und Implementierungsprojekten – von der Architekturentscheidung bis zur technischen Umsetzung.
  • Auflösung von Zielkonflikten zwischen Business-Anforderungen, Technologie, Security, Betrieb, Kosten und Standardisierung.
  • Sicherstellung schneller, belastbarer und technisch fundierter Entscheidungen ohne rein konzeptionelles „PowerPoint-EAM“.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren technisch ausgerichteten Studiengangs.
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Ausgeprägte technische Entscheidungsfähigkeit, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität; Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte gegenüber Management, Fachbereichen, IT, Security, Einkauf und externen Partnern entscheidungsorientiert zu vertreten.
  • Erfahrung und Kenntnisse: Mehrjährige und fundierte Berufserfahrung in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud-Architektur oder strategischer IT-Architektur; nachweisbare Erfahrung mit EAM-Methoden und -Werkzeugen, insbesondere TOGAF und LeanIX oder vergleichbaren Frameworks und Repository-Ansätzen; fundierte praktische Kenntnisse mindestens einer Public-Cloud-Plattform (AWS, Microsoft Azure oder Google Cloud) sowie Cloud-Betriebsmodellen, Landing Zones und hybriden Architekturen; Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Bewertung komplexer Applikations-, Daten-, Integrations- und Technologiearchitekturen; Erfahrung in der technischen Steuerung von Cloud-Migrationen und IT-Transformationen; fundierte Kenntnisse in TCO-, Lizenz- und Kostenbewertungen von IT-/Cloud-Architekturen sowie in der technischen Bewertung von Sourcing- und Vendor-Entscheidungen.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
