Stellenbeschreibung

  • Als Kundendiensttechnikerin bzw. Kundendiensttechniker führen Sie nach einer ausführlichen theoretischen und praktischen Einarbeitung eigenständig Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen sowie Reparaturarbeiten an Bosch Thermotechnik-Produkten durch.
  • Ihre spannenden Aufgaben umfassen u.a. den Einsatz an Wärmepumpen, Split-Klimageräten, Gas-/Öl-Heizungsanlagen sowie Regelgeräten in bestehenden Anlagensystemen im Kundendienst unserer Marken Buderus und Bosch Junkers.
  • Ob bei der Messung, Prüfung oder Eigenregulierung von Thermotechnik-Erzeugnissen oder bei der Abwicklung von Reklamationen: Sie fungieren als kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Kundschaft und überzeugen mit Ihren analytischen und technischen Fähigkeiten.
  • Ihre Einsätze starten Sie von Ihrem Wohnsitz aus. Dafür erhalten Sie modernes IT-Equipment sowie ein voll ausgestattetes Servicefahrzeug, dessen Werkzeug- und Ersatzteilbestand Sie verantworten.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: gewerbliche Ausbildung, bevorzugt in Mechatronik, Elektrik, Kältetechnik, Heizungsbau oder artverwandt
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Berufserfahrung im Kundendienst; Fachwissen auf dem Gebiet der Heizungstechnik, Regelungstechnik sowie im Gebiet regenerative Energien und Anlagenhydraulik wünschenswert; gute PC-Kenntnisse
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: als Teamplayer fällt es Ihnen leicht, mit anderen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren und Sie gehen stets auf die Wünsche unserer Kundschaft ein
