Job Description

  • Supravegherea (monitorizarea, mentinerea) si Operarea liniei / parti a unei linii, incluzand executarea sarcinilor de mentenanta si instalare cat si a escaladarii situatiilor tehnice care nu pot fi rezolvate
  • Pregatirea schimbarilor de fabricatie(changeoveruri) si realizarea schimbarilor de fabricatie (changeover)/ oprirea liniilor/ reluarea productiei dupa pauze si de fiecare data cand este necesar conform standardelor
  • Realizarea taskurilor de mentenanta
  • Ajusteaza parametrii de proces in limitele descrise in standarde astfel incat sa mentina calitate si buna functionare a procesului
  • Participarea la instalarea echipamentelor si realizarea taskurior atribuite pentru punerea in functiune a acestora si validarea procesului
  • Folosete instrumentele si metodologia de problem solving pentru rezolvarea problemelor tehnice complexe sau unde nu exista un standard de rezolvare
  • Acorda suport inginerului pentru validarea procesului si executa taskurile necesare pentru colectarea informatiilor necesare
  • Preluarea și gestionarea escaladărilor tehnice
  • Asigurarea suportului tehnic avansat pentru echipamente și procese.
  • Diagnosticarea problemelor complexe prin analiza mesajelor de eroare, simptomelor, comportamentului echipamentului și istoricului defectelor.
  • Utilizarea cunoștințelor avansate de mecanică, electrică și pneumatică pentru identificarea cauzelor și rezolvarea defectelor.
  • Utilizarea instrumentelor și metodologiilor de problem solving pentru probleme complexe sau situații pentru care nu există un standard de rezolvare.
  • Realizarea intervențiilor tehnice complexe, inclusiv calibrări, înlocuiri de componente critice și activități de recuperare a echipamentelor.
  • Identificarea uzurii, deteriorării, problemelor de aliniere sau a funcționării anormale a componentelor mecanice, electrice și pneumatice.
  • Documentarea cauzei identificate, a acțiunilor corective, a componentelor înlocuite și a rezultatului intervenției.
  • Furnizarea suportului tehnic necesar inginerilor și echipelor suport pentru analiza.
  • Asigurarea transferului de cunoștințe și acordarea de suport tehnic către ceilalți membri ai echipei.

Qualifications

Competente tehnice

  • Diplomă în studii tehnice cum ar fi mecanică/electrică/mecatronică/automatică sau similar.
  • Cunoştinţe de bază de operare pe calculator şi MS-Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Experienţă în mentenanţă şi depanare în industria de producţie a electronicelor în zona automotive.
  • Experienţă în domeniul electric şi mecanic.
  • Abilitati de rezolvare a problemelor
  • Orientare spre calitate
  • Mod de lucru organizat si structurat
  • Precizie si orientare spre rezultat
  • Disponibilitate de a lucra in schimburi
