Stellenbeschreibung

  • Sie analysieren und optimieren bestehende logistische Prozesse innerhalb unseres Produktionsumfelds, um Effizienz und Durchlaufzeiten nachhaltig zu verbessern.
  • Für die Einführung von SAP S/4HANA leiten Sie fachliche Anforderungen präzise ab, nehmen diese auf und spezifizieren sie detailliert.
  • Außerdem identifizieren Sie Digitalisierungspotenziale und setzen diese um, um logistische Prozesse zu automatisieren und deren Effizienz signifikant zu steigern.
  • Im Rahmen der Systemmigration bewerten Sie bestehende Prozesse kritisch und decken Optimierungspotenziale auf, die Sie anschließend zur Umsetzung bringen.
  • Die Anforderungen stimmen Sie eng mit den Fachbereichen, der IT und den externen Implementierungspartnerinnen bzw. -partnern ab, um eine reibungslose Integration zu gewährleisten.
  • Sie unterstützen aktiv bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung zukünftiger Logistikprozesse in SAP S/4HANA und prägen so unsere Systemlandschaft.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Ingenieurswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit starkem Bezug zur Software
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse und Spezifikation fachlicher Anforderungen; idealerweise Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld; fundierte Kenntnisse logistischer Prozesse; wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA und Erfahrung mit Transformationsprojekten
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Ihnen gelingt es, komplexe Sachverhalte präzise zu analysieren, strukturiert vorzugehen und dabei stets lösungsorientierte Ansätze zu entwickeln; Sie kommunizieren klar und überzeugend, wobei Sie mühelos zwischen den Anforderungen der Fachbereiche und den Möglichkeiten der IT vermitteln
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Die Stelle ist befristet für 2 Jahre zu besetzen.
