Descripción del empleo

Realizar mediciones, calibraciones y verificaciones de componentes, ensambles e instrumentos, asegurando resultados confiables y el cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.

Responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar mediciones dimensionales y mecánicas rutinarias y especiales.
  • Calibrar y verificar instrumentos y equipos de laboratorio.
  • Brindar soporte a las áreas de Calidad, Producción e Ingeniería.
  • Interpretar planos, especificaciones y tolerancias GD&T.
  • Operar equipos de prueba y software de medición 3D.
  • Elaborar y actualizar procedimientos, instrucciones y registros técnicos.
  • Cumplir con los lineamientos de ISO/IEC 17025 e IATF 16949

Requisitos

Perfil requerido

  • Carrera técnica afín o Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o Mecatrónica.
  • De 3 a 6 años de experiencia en metrología o laboratorio de calidad.
  • Manejo de calibradores, micrómetros, indicadores, durómetros, perfilómetros, rugosímetros y equipos de fuerza o torque.
  • Conocimiento de interpretación de planos y GD&T.
  • Manejo de Calypso deseable.
  • Inglés técnico intermedio.

Automotive Steering division de Bosch está lanzando una nueva instalación en Querétaro. Esta nueva instalación ensamblará los productos de los sistemas de dirección (manual-ajuste la dirección columnas y dos variantes de dirección asistida eléctrica.
