Du siehst dich als unverzichtbare Stütze, die mit präziser Analyse und vorausschauender Organisation den Erfolg komplexer Projekte im Einkauf maßgeblich mitgestaltet? Werde Teil unseres Teams und trage mit deinem Organisationstalent direkt dazu bei, unsere Projekte effizient und erfolgreich ans Ziel zu bringen.

  • Mit deiner umfassenden Unterstützung stärkst du unser Projekteinkäuferteam und sorgst so für mehr Effizienz und den Erfolg unserer Projekte.
  • Du konsolidierst und analysierst Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen wie SAP, Excel und PowerBI.
  • Die lückenlose Projektverfolgung, inklusive des Änderungsmanagements, liegt in deiner Hand, wobei du Tools wie Excel, PowerBI, Gantt-Chart (Empower / MS-Project) und ECM-Future souverän einsetzt.
  • Nicht zuletzt unterstützt du aktiv bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Prozessanleitungen, um die Effizienz und Transparenz im Einkauf zu steigern.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium in einem technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du arbeitest selbstsicher, selbstständig und führst deine Aufgaben gewissenhaft und zuverlässig zum Erfolg
  • Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
  • Sprachen: gutes Deutsch und Englisch

Dauer: 12 Monate- 10h/Woche
