Description du poste

Envie d’apporter votre expertise et d'offrir une réelle expérience client ?

Au cœur du service client, vous transformez chaque visite en une expérience mémorable et fluide. De l’accueil jusqu’à l’après-vente, vous apportez un accompagnement sans couture et construisez une relation de confiance durable avec le client.

Prenez plaisir dans votre quotidien et :

  • Créez une expérience client personnalisée : Vous êtes le premier sourire du magasin. Par l’accueil et l’optimisation de la disponibilité produits, vous créez une solution adaptée à l’usage réel du client. En maîtrisant la gestion des flux et de l’encaissement, vous garantissez une expérience fluide et sans couture.
  • Transformez chaque besoin en solution : En véritable commerçant, vous écoutez et rassurez. Vous accompagnez le client de son entrée jusqu’à l’après-vente en proposant des solutions complètes : financement, fidélité, accessoires et services adaptés. Grâce à vous ? Chaque client repart avec le projet qui lui ressemble !
  • Accompagnez à toutes les étapes : Vous faites de chaque imprévu une possibilité. Grâce à votre sens de l’analyse et votre orientation solution, vous diagnostiquez les besoins, assurez le SAV et résolvez les demandes avec pédagogie.

  • Votre rémunération : Au-delà de votre rémunération fixe de 22 400 € sur 12 mois, vous bénéficiez d'un package complet avec une prime annuelle, un variable qui reflète vos résultats, des primes d'intéressement trimestrielles et semestrielles ainsi que la participation. (Nous ne listons pas la mutuelle, les tickets restaurants ou le CSE, vous vous en doutiez déjà).
