Description du poste

Rattaché au Directeur de magasin , tu joues un rôle clé pour satisfaire nos clients.

🎯 Une journée chez Boulanger c’est :

  • Animer ton équipe. Comment ? En formant, accompagnant et fixant des objectifs clairs, tout en veillant à respecter les rites et rythmes du management. Tu fais grandir chaque collaborateur pour révéler tout leur potentiel.
  • Piloter les performances. Comment ? En participant à la définition des objectifs, en suivant les indicateurs clés et en mettant en place des plans d’action efficaces. Tu analyses les données, contrôles les coûts et optimises la gestion des ressources humaines et matérielles.
  • Assurer une organisation optimale. Comment ? En coordonnant la gestion du personnel, en veillant au respect des procédures internes (caisses, logistique, administratif) et en garantissant la fiabilité des stocks ainsi que la qualité des services proposés.
  • Créer une expérience client inoubliable. Comment ? En garantissant un environnement accueillant, en animant la satisfaction client et en développant les ventes de services grâce à des promotions et animations attractives.
  • Contribuer au succès commercial. Comment ? En collaborant sur la politique commerciale du magasin, en promouvant l’offre de services et en assurant la fluidité des flux produits pour répondre aux attentes des clients.

Qualifications

Tu es fait pour ce job si :

  • Saisir les enjeux stratégiques, c’est ton quotidien : Ton Bac+3 à Bac+5 orienté commerce/gestion te permet de naviguer entre outils de gestion, données chiffrées et orientations stratégiques.
  • Le management, c’est ton terrain de jeu : Tu entraînes, motives et donnes du sens pour faire grandir ton équipe au quotidien.
  • Convaincre et analyser, sont tes forces : Capacité à argumenter, à résoudre les conflits et à proposer des plans d’actions adaptés : tout ça, c’est toi.
  • Organisation et esprit d’équipe sont dans ton ADN : Organisé et bienveillant, tu sais écouter, collaborer et réagir vite tout en gardant le sens du service au cœur de tes priorités.

💰 Rémunération :

  • Fixe : 33 600 € sur 12 mois + RVI trimestrielle
  • Primes attractives : Participation aux bénéfices, primes d’intéressement trimestrielles, et l’actionnariat salarié…
