Description du poste

Nous recherchons un livreur - installateur méticuleux et orienté client pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Grande-Synthe, en France. À ce poste, vous serez chargé de livrer les produits au domicile des clients et d'installer de manière professionnelle divers appareils et équipements (four, réfrigérateur, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson, etc.) . Vous allierez expertise technique et service client exceptionnel afin de garantir que chaque livraison et installation dépasse les attentes.

**Livraison des produits et logistique**

  • Récupérer les marchandises à l'entrepôt ou au magasin et livrer les produits au domicile des clients dans le respect des délais fixés
  • Manipuler les appareils et équipements en toute sécurité (gros électroménager, téléviseurs, appareils multimédias, meubles, etc.)
  • Veiller à ce que les produits arrivent en excellent état et consigner avec précision les détails de la livraison

**Installation et mise en service**

  • Installer des appareils électroménagers (lave-linge, réfrigérateurs, téléviseurs, systèmes home cinéma, matériel informatique, etc.)
  • Raccorder les équipements aux conduites d'eau, aux évacuations et aux prises électriques dans le respect des normes de sécurité
  • Effectuer les procédures de mise en service et réaliser des tests de fonctionnement pour vérifier le bon fonctionnement

**Service client et démonstration**

  • Expliquer les caractéristiques et le fonctionnement des produits dans un langage clair et facile à comprendre
  • Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation et l'entretien appropriés pour une durée de vie optimale des produits
  • Garantir la satisfaction des clients en répondant de manière professionnelle à leurs questions et préoccupations

**Sécurité et conformité**

  • Respecter tous les protocoles et procédures de sécurité pendant la livraison et l'installation
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé et signaler immédiatement tout problème de sécurité

Qualifications

🧩 Compétences requises

Techniques

  • Connaissances en électroménager, multimédia ou installation électrique simple.
  • Bonne maîtrise du matériel de manutention.
  • Habilitation électrique
  • Capacité à comprendre et appliquer les notices techniques.

Relationnelles

  • Sens du service et très bon relationnel client.
  • Capacité à vulgariser les explications techniques.
  • Sens de l’écoute et patience.

Physiques

  • Bonne condition physique (port de charges).
  • Capacité à travailler en binôme et sur le terrain.
