Description du poste

Rattaché au Directeur de magasin , tu joues un rôle clé pour satisfaire nos clients.

🎯 Une journée chez Boulanger c’est :

  • Faire grandir ton équipe. Comment ? En animant, formant et accompagnant chaque collaborateur dans le respect des valeurs de l’entreprise pour révéler tout leur potentiel.

  • Piloter la performance. Comment ? En suivant les objectifs, en analysant les résultats et en maîtrisant les coûts pour contribuer aux réussites du magasin.
  • Veiller à la sécurité. Comment ? En respectant et en faisant respecter les règles pour assurer la protection des personnes et des biens.

Qualifications

Tu es fait pour ce job si :

  • Analyser et décider, c’est ton quotidien : Fort de ta formation Bac+3 à Bac+5, tu traduis les chiffres en actions concrètes et pilotes la performance avec précision.
  • Le management, c’est ton terrain de jeu : Tu entraînes, motives et donnes du sens pour faire grandir ton équipe au quotidien.
  • La relation client, c’est ton atout : À l’écoute, observateur et à l’aise avec les autres, tu sais créer du lien et répondre aux besoins des clients.
  • Organisation et rigueur sont tes forces : Tu planifies, priorises et maîtrises les outils pour assurer la performance de ton univers.
  • Le challenge te motive : Enthousiasme et ambitieux, tu relèves chaque défi !
  • Les règles et les marchés, tu les connais : Que ce soit les procédures internes, les tendances produits ou les bases du droit, tu as les connaissances pour faire la différence.

💰 Rémunération :

  • Fixe : 33 600 € sur 12 mois + RVI trimestrielle
  • Primes attractives : Participation aux bénéfices, primes d’intéressement trimestrielles, et l’actionnariat salarié…
