The posting

Als Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Coordinator bij HOCHTIEF ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, beoordelen en coördineren van alle werkzaamheden die nodig zijn om de werktuigbouwkundige, elektrotechnische en leidingwerkinstallaties binnen een project goed op te leveren. Je werkt aan high-tech projecten, zoals datacenters en batterij-opslag, waarbij je gedurende de hele looptijd van het project bent betrokken: van het beoordelen van de offertes bij de tender tot de uitvoering op de bouwplaats en het testen en opleveren van de installaties. Je specialiseert je hierbij in elektrotechniek of werktuigbouwkunde, al heb je kennis van beiden.

Aan het begin van een project beoordeel je aanbestedingscontracten, tijdschema's en HSEQ-procedures. Tijdens de uitvoering check je de inspectie- en testplannen van de aannemers, bewaak je de kwaliteit van het werk en bespreek je in voortgangsoverleggen hoe het project ervoor staat. Je bent scherp op risico's en afwijkingen, zowel op het gebied van veiligheid, techniek en planning en signaleert deze tijdig. Je ondersteunt bij de inbedrijfstelling van apparatuur door te helpen bij het opstellen of beoordelen van testscripts en beoordeelt werktekeningen om te waarborgen dat deze consistent zijn met de uiteindelijke situatie op de locatie.

Je komt te werken in een multidisciplinair team, bestaande uit Planners, Projectmanagers, Uitvoerders, Quality Managers en Document Controllers. De samenstelling van het team hangt af van het project en loopt van ongeveer vijf tot vijftien collega's. Het engineeringwerk en de uitvoering liggen bij externe partijen; de inkoop, het projectmanagement en de kwaliteitsbewaking zijn intern belegd. Je werkt vooral nauw samen met de aannemers die het MEP-werk uitvoeren, waarbij je vanuit een coördinerende en monitorende rol toeziet op hun werk.

Wat is vereist?

  • Hbo/wo opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of iets vergelijkbaars
  • 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Ruime ervaring in en kennis van elektrotechniek (voorkeur) en/of werktuigbouwkunde
  • Je kunt MEP-planningen opstellen en bewaken
  • Je kunt fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt en coördineren met diverse stakeholders
  • Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift
  • Je bent kwaliteitsgericht en kunt goed samenwerken
